Privacy and cookies

Your data, kept simple.

No cookies unless you say yes, no advertising, no tracking across sites. Here is exactly what happens when you visit runlock.se.

In short

This website has no shop of its own and does not need to know who you are. It sets no cookies unless you accept visitor statistics (your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie), it has no advertising and no social-media plug-ins, and it never shares your data with anyone except the services named below.

Who is responsible

Texsolv AB, company reg. no. 556311-9816, registered office Åmål, Vitlanda 102, SE-662 98 Tösse, Sweden, is the data controller for this site. Questions about privacy: info@texsolv.se.

What we collect, and why

Server logs

Like every website, our web host (Oderland Webbhotell AB, Sweden) keeps standard access logs: IP address, time, page requested and browser type. They are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are deleted automatically after the retention period set by the host, at most a few weeks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Visitor statistics (only with your consent)

If you click "Yes, that's fine" in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read, from which countries, and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_SGP5MZD86M, valid up to two years) with a random identifier, so the statistics are pseudonymous rather than tied to you by name; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and we have turned off Google signals, advertising features and data sharing. The data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd and may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page, and you can block the cookie in your browser. If you click "No thanks", nothing is loaded from Google and no cookie is set; if you change your mind later, the Google Analytics cookies are removed. Legal basis: your consent.

Email

When you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and handle any order or claim, normally no longer than two years. Correspondence that forms part of an order, invoice or complaint is kept for seven years, as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, the contract when you buy from us, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records.

Fonts, videos and the 3D rope

The typefaces, the videos and the interactive rope are served from our own server, so no font or video provider sees your visit. The map link on the contact page opens Google Maps in a new page under Google's own terms.

What we do not do

No advertising cookies, no retargeting, no profiling, no social-media buttons, no newsletter list, no sale of data. The webshop at texsolvshop.com is a separate site run on Shopify with its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@texsolv.se and we reply within a month. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).

Changes

If we change what the site collects, this page is updated first. Last updated October 2026.
